Had a beautiful noon hour run today. I think I ran further than before, in the same time (another PB on a taper – oops!) But I felt like I was taking it easy, my breathing was easy…
It was a beautiful day for a run, perfect temp, and nice breeze.
Will go again tomorrow, then hope to crosstrain (bike) after work Thursday, as I can’t run at noon Thursday. of course Thursday will be packing for CTRR at the Lang’s, then Friday off work early, go pick up the rest of the crew and head off to Baddeck!
I love short work weeks! This week is essentially 3.5 days!
