time for training?

Ran 11k today and felt plain old tired. My heart rate keeps sky-rocketing. I REALLY need to find a way to get some consistency into my training. Hopefully as we settle into the new routines, and then summer hits with changes again I’ll be able to work this marathon training in somewhere…
