At Digital Photography School they post a weekly challenge, today I read “Imperfection: Weekly Photography Challenge” just as I looked out on by back deck to see this. Certainly worth capturing.

My poor flower beds have been through the trenches this year with aphids going rampant and previously an unknown critter digging up bulbs. I wasn’t sure what he’d gotten, as the tulips seemed pretty plentiful still, but this lone Glad tells the story, there’d been at least 20 of them last year.

After the rain knocked this lovely over, I saved it from the ants. Cutting and placing in a vase on my back deck for enjoyment.
