New training program…

Yesterday was my first day of my new Half Marathon training program.
I had to split up my run, due to frustrating circumstances, but got the mileage in. I may actuay have run a little more than scheduled. I suspect I ran somewhere between 13-14km. One hour early aft, 1/2 hour early evening.

This week has been high stress, and I’m still feeling it. One of these days I’ll be able to look back and see a smooth course was followed, right now I’m looking back on some pretty rocky paths! Thankfully I have character of strength and endurance!
