Okay I went for a light run a little less than 5K at lunch. I was a little worried that I’d push myself too hard (taper time), as I had some major tension/steam/stress to blow-off. Somehow I managed to keep the pace slow. By the time I was done, I was walking my cool-down back to the office, and I suddenly felt like (note I did NOT ) doing the diet pepsi thing and dancing down the street. Who knew a light run could feel SO good!
